With these small sculptures, I can set aside the strictures of public art and connect with my childhood self. Touching clay is a  primal  experience, and it brings me back to basics.  Dream imagery--horses, birds, snakes, fish, fire--spring easily to mind when I approach my work with complete spontaneity.
